What we collect, why we collect it and how we store it

Coursalo respects the privacy of its visitors and learners. We collect only the information you enter in our forms. This page explains what we collect, why we need it, where we store it and how you can request its deletion.
We do not request bank details or identity numbers, collect sensitive information or use this website to track you across other websites.
We use registration details to confirm your seat, communicate course schedules, requirements and changes, and consider your experience when preparing training content.
We use contact form details only to respond to your question or suggestion. We do not add you to a mailing list without your request.
Your data is stored in a dedicated Coursalo database on Al Tafarud Group servers and transferred over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access is limited to authorized Coursalo staff through a password-protected dashboard.
We retain registration details for as long as needed to manage the course and communicate with you. We delete them when no longer needed or upon your request.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your data for marketing purposes. We only disclose it to a third party if required by law or a competent judicial authority in the United Arab Emirates.
You may request a copy, correction or permanent deletion of your data at any time. Contact us through either channel below with the name and email used in the form. We will handle your request within thirty days.
